Phil Chalmers, America's leading authority on juvenile homicide and juvenile mass murder, has interviewed over 200 teen killers and school shooters, and has been studying youth culture and teen murder for 25 years. Phil is the author of numerous books and documentaries including his latest two releases, "Inside the Mind of a Teen Killer" and "The Encyclopedia of Teen Killers."
Instead of learning about these crimes from textbooks or libraries, Chalmers speaks to the killers themselves, and has interacted with teen killers, serial killers, school shooters, and sexual predators, including Charles Manson, David Berkowitz, Pearl shooter Like Woodham, Paducah shooter Michael Carneal, Jonesboro shooter Mitchell Johnson, and Moses Lake shooter Barry Loukaitis. Phil is also working on a book with Joe Schillaci detailing how America manufactures and raises our very own teen killers.

John G. Iannarelli - FBI's Internet Child Predator Program
Supervisory Special Agent (SSA) John G. Iannarelli entered on duty with the Bureau in April of 1995. Upon completion of New Agent training SSA Iannarelli was assigned to the Detroit Division Flint Resident Agency where he participated in the investigating of the Oklahoma City Bombing, as well as having served on the Detroit FBI SWAT Team. Subsequently, he was transferred to the San Diego Division where he investigated matters involving Drug Trafficking, Street Gangs, Violent Crimes, and Terrorism. In recognition of his investigative work, SSA Iannarelli has received the FBI Director's Distinguished Service Award.
In 2002 SSA Iannarelli was promoted to FBI Headquarters in Washington, DC, where he served as a spokesperson, addressing the national and international media on all matters involving the Bureau. Subsequently, in 2003, he was promoted to the Headquarters position of Special Assistant to the Assistant Director for the FBI's Cyber Division. In 2005 SSA Iannarelli received a promotional transfer to the Phoenix Division, where he currently serves as the supervisor of the Cyber squad, overseeing all Cyber investigations for the state of Arizona.
Prior to joining the FBI, SSA Iannarelli served as a Police Officer with San Diego Police Department. He is also an attorney admitted to the practice of law in California, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
The FBI Internet Child Predator Program was developed using real-life, real-time scenarios, to accentuate the importance for parents and teachers to educate themselves regarding the dangers on the internet and to monitor their children's internet usage.
SSA Iannarelli created the FBI's Internet Child Predator Program so that parents and teachers could be better educated to protect their children. Child predators is a major problem with which the FBI addresses. The program was developed using real-life, real-time scenarios, to accentuate the importance for parents and teachers to educate themselves regarding the dangers on the internet and to monitor their children's internet usage.
